What is Recommended?
Recommended is our way of giving Training services the chance to highlight their experience, quality and commitment on their Promotions and thus giving potential buyers clarity and confidence when searching for providers.

To become Recommended simply Register or Log In to your account and go to the Add a New Promotion area. Add your Promotion and in the Recommended upload area upload the required documents. When you save your Promotion we will receive and check your details. Where client recommendation details have been uploaded please allow 72 hours for them to display on your Promotions as we will contact those you have given us details of. Please also ensure you have their permission for us to contact them.
Once you have been Recommended all your Promotions will display the appropriate star rating.
Star Ratings
Recommended is shown on the Promotions by 3 stars each representing specific criteria. Each star is also graded Bronze, Silver or Gold to show the level of attainment or recommendation.
Star 1 - Demonstrates how long a company has been trading.
Stars are graded:
Bronze - companies that have been trading for 1- 4years
Silver - companies that have been trading for 5- 9 years
Gold - companies that have been trading 10+ years
Proof of how long a company has been in business may be in the form of company incorporation, business bank account establishment or other formal agreement documents such as a partnership agreement.
Star 2 - Demonstrates client recommendations
Stars are graded:
Bronze - companies that have 3 - 6 testimonials
Silver - companies that have up to 6 - 11 testimonials
Gold - companies that have up to 12+ testimonials
Client recommendations need to be demonstrated in the form of a personal contact name and their role, company name and address, and contact details. We will contact those you submit, so ask that you request permission prior to submitting to us.
Star 3 - Demonstrates whether the a company has attained industry qualifications and/or accreditations
Stars are graded:
Bronze - companies that have 1 accreditation
Silver - companies that have 2 - 4accreditations
Gold - companies that have 4+ accreditations
Accreditations may be government quality awards such as IiP, Matrix etc as well as industry recognised qualifications / accreditations. Copies of certification is needed to demonstrate attainment.
